Architecture & Operation: The end-user initiates a secure session by scanning their eKTP on the designated reader, subsequently navigating the tax service menus via a highly responsive touchscreen interface. The backend system instantly verifies the scanned credentials against the central government server and commands the integrated thermal printer to output transaction receipts or tax bills in real-time.
